At Klarity Tax, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our web site visitors/clients. In particular, we want you to know that Klarity Tax is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies/businesses for marketing purposes.

Mailing lists
As part of the registration process for our e-newsletter, we collect personal data.
We use that data for a couple of reasons: to tell you about the services you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are correct and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied.
We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We use a third-party provider, DotMailer, to deliver our newsletter/communication emails. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter/communications.

You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing our data protection officer.

Client data
On becoming a client of Klarity Tax we will collate and hold far more personal data than just contact details about you in order to provide the service/s you have chosen.
This additional data will be held for the required legal period that complies with existing tax regulation in the UK.

Google Analytics
When someone visits www.klaritytax.com we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns.
We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site.
This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone.

Third Parties
We do not share your personal data with any 3rd parties/partners without your consent.
Consent will only be requested when you wish/agree to us introducing you to one of the partner firms we work with that may be in a position to assist you/a sub processor is utilized to carry out the required processing to supply the service required.

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold.
As a client you maintain these rights except where by us doing so would breach the existing tax regulation in the UK.
