It is just over 3 weeks since Kwarteng’s mini budget.
In a statement lasting not much longer than 3 minutes, the new chancellor Jeremy Hunt has ripped up virtually all the reforms announced by his predecessor.
All that remain are the changes to the Health & Social Care Levy and Stamp duty.
We are back on the same path we where on just weeks ago, an economy struggling to grow, with no plan to change it.
